I have the "I want's".

Anyone one who knows me can agree I don't really ask for much.
Not that I don't dream of things that can come in packages every once in a while.
Today my day started out not so hot, I feel bummed out and trying the best I can to be Mommy and housekeeper. Mommy won, housekeeper has lost.
I decided to curl up with a good book.
In between kids and book I found myself day dreaming of my "I wants".

I want......

I want a college diploma on my wall.
I want to add more miles to my runs.(I'm stuck at 2-4 miles)
I want my hair to grow out already.
I want awesome arms.
I want to like school.
I want the lawn to cut itself.
I want to desire healthy foods.
I want regular soda to be calorie free.
I want lemon meringue pie....NOW!
I want to adopt a daughter.
I want a Kayak.
I want to start my own baking business.
I want the Breaking Dawn movie previews to be leaked so I can watch over and over.
I want to lose 15 pounds.
I want a fancy vacuum.
I want my hair to be Frizz-free.
I want to take a Spin Class.
I want a big red button that when I push it my house will be automatically cleaned.
I want a remote that will turn my kids volume down when they play video games.
I want a Canon EOS 50 D...one day you will be mine!
I want a pill that will make me less moody.
I want Nina to walk herself and make ME dinner for a change.
I want a mini vacation, in my pj's all day reading...so many books yet I have so little time!
I want more time in my day.
I want so much...I'm so selfish..but who cares because I just wrote all this down and I feel so much better.

Summer Lovin!

Long time no blog but I've been here just not on line.
I've had a full house since school let out, I'm tired, house is a wreck but I couldn't be happier!
I realized this is the most time I've spent with my mom since I left home for school 13 years ago.
Here's whats been up at our neck of the woods.

Boys driving me crazy while shopping so mom decided to teach them the moon walk...in the middle of the isles!

Lots of yummy deliciousness....aren't I supposed to be watching what I eat this summer??

Hugs for grandpa...boys haven't spent much time with him, he's been staying with our aunt remodeling her home.

Funky, smelly, old yet cool book store Nick and I visited on our Anniversary get away.

Dinner w/ the parents.
Nick and I count our blessings daily.
We're so greatful that our parents get along. The boys have two sets of super grandparents...how lucky are they?
Here we are on our way to dinner in down town Dallas..yummy!

Football...something Little E has become very passionate about this summer.

Wonderful playdates.

Someone turned 60.......

3 days before that someone turned 7....already??

I'm really enjoying my summer. More excitement??
Yes.
I start my first class in two weeks...it's been 9 years but I know I can do this!
I have to.
