Party, Exhausted and so worth it!

Well Mr. Weather came and put a damper on our back yard birthday plans.
I invited alot of friends and family thinking we'd all roam our yard. But rain left my yard wet, soggy and full of puddles. Great for jumping and having fun BUuuut alot of parents don't think like that.
So the art was moved into the garage and party in the house.
Not to mention I was a bit stressed because my fridge died the week of the party...ugh!
But all in all the party came and was great, a bit crowded and hot with everyone sardined in my home (which made me feel bad for our lovely guests).
But the following evening Z asked if I would lay with him to sleep, while laying there holding my giant baby, he whispered.
"I loved my party, everyone came to my house, it was so fun." Yes, he used the sentence just like that.
I melted and leaned over to tell Nick who was laying with E that I may have lost some hair in the process but it was worth it!

E & Presley working on masterpieces, Tonya is supervising.

That Jimmi Hendrix shirt was so terribly painted on, it made me nervous.
The paint was washable but I still washed it that night and it looks good as new yay for washable paint.

Presley really concentrating.

Lacey creating, her picture was really sweet.

Cookie decorating:
We sat all the kids on the floor on a plastic tarp.
Handed them a plate, scoop of buttercream frosting (homemade and yummy), and filled several cups and bowls with m&m's and sprinkles and let them at it.

5 & 6 I can hardly believe it, but I still cradle them and call them my babies.
You know they eat up that attention now, but they'll roll their eyes at me one day for doing so but who cares, they'll ALWAYS be babies in my eyes.

Thank you to everyone who came under such crazy conditions.
And special thanks to Debbie (Mamaw) for caring for the boys the night before so we could make their party possible.
Tonya for sweating up a storm with me while helping with the kids and their crafts, your awesome!
Aunt Joan, Mrs. Mead and everyone who gave a helping hand to a frazzled mom, and those who kept offering to help, THANK YOU!
I really appreciated you all.
